Finding Common Ground
Mediation and Law Services®
We have helped hundreds of people resolve their legal disputes without going to court.
What is Mediation?
Mediation is a process which helps people find fair and practical ways to resolve disputes. At Finding Common Ground Mediation and Law Services™, we have a structured process that has helped hundreds of people resolve issues in a meaningful way while saving them time, money, and most importantly, saving them from the ongoing stress and increased conflict that seems inevitable when people go to court. During the pandemic, as always, we offer online mediation.
Gillian Brady is a highly experienced Attorney Mediator who has successfully mediated over 500 cases. We specialize in all types of family law matters, including divorce, separation, parenting, same-sex, post-divorce and elder care. In addition to helping clients reach agreements, we also prepare and file all of the legal paperwork.
Our Mediators: Unlike other attorneys, our sole focus is mediation and we have been mediating exclusively since 2004. It is never too late to mediate, please contact us to learn more and schedule a free 30 minute consultation.
Why Mediation is Best for Kids
In our private, confidential mediation process, both parents work together to resolve any issues related to their children.
Who Can Mediate
Each party keeps his or her power to control the outcome of the divorce, because the decisions are made mutually by both Parties with the help of their Attorney Mediator.
Benefits of Mediation
Because you create your own solutions in mediation, you are more likely to abide by those agreements, thus avoiding the cost and stress of ongoing legal battles.
Testimonials
Going through a divorce is never easy. Gillian handled our mediation with even handedness and just as importantly, compassion. Her methodology and thoroughness made a painful process much less so. She has our highest recommendation.
